What is PosterMyWall’s Content Planner?
PosterMyWall’s Content Planner works like a calendar where you can keep track of your social media posts, emails, and events. Once you schedule a post or email on PosterMyWall, it will automatically show up on the Content Planner.
The Content Planner comes with pre-marked holidays and seasonal events, making it so much easier to stay on top of your marketing opportunities!

How do I plan and schedule my social and email campaigns on PosterMyWall’s Content Planner?
Here’s how you can use the Content Planner to schedule content:
- Open your My Stuff.
- Click ‘Content Planner’. It can be found on the left menu.
- Click the plus sign button on the date on the calendar that you want to plan content for.
- Schedule a social media post, an email campaign or add an event from the dropdown menu.
You can also view holidays marked on the Content Planner as a social media content plan template!
How do I schedule a social media post from the Content Planner?
Our content planning software makes it easy to schedule social media posts. Click the ‘+’ icon on a date on the Content Planner and select ‘social media post.’ Then, choose a design, connect social accounts, add any details and select a scheduling date.
How do I schedule an email?
On the Content Planner, click the ‘+’ icon on a chosen date and select ‘email campaign.’ Select a new email design or choose from your existing emails. After customizing, click ‘schedule’ and choose a date and time.
How do I add a custom event to the Content Planner?
To add a custom event:
- Click 'Add new' on the top right of the Content Planner.
- Select 'Event'.
- Specify an event date, add an event title and description. Click the blue save button to confirm.
Can I edit or delete scheduled posts and emails?
To edit or delete scheduled social media posts:
- In your My Stuff, click on Social Media Posts.
- Click the three vertical dots next to your post.
- Select ‘edit’ or ‘delete’.
To edit or delete scheduled emails:
- In My Stuff, click Emails.
- Click on the scheduled email to make any edits.
- Click the three vertical dots to change the scheduled time or delete.
